Terms of Service

Last updated: July 2026

1. Who we are and what these Terms cover

Telltale ("we", "us", "our") operates telltale-ai.com (the "Service"). The Service consists of freely readable articles about AI, and a paid online course ("the Course"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Course and your account

The Course is available to registered users who purchase access. You need an account to buy and access the Course. The free articles do not require an account.

3. Purchases

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

5. Account responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, its design, code, branding, articles, and Course content are owned by Telltale. Your purchase is a licence to access the content, not a transfer of ownership. You may not reproduce Course content beyond what is necessary for your own personal learning.

7. Educational content, not advice

The articles and the Course are general educational material about AI. They are not legal, academic-integrity, employment, or professional advice, and we make no promises about outcomes from applying what you learn.

8. Third-party services

The Service uses third-party processors (Supabase, Stripe, Vercel, Google AdSense). Your use of the Service is also subject to their respective terms.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, third parties, or our business interests. If we terminate your Course access other than for a violation of these Terms, we will refund your purchase.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or accurate.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Telltale shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, by email to registered users.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [YOUR JURISDICTION]. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
