Telltale ("we", "us") publishes free articles at telltale-ai.com. You don't need an account to read anything, and we collect very little. This policy explains what we do collect and why.

What we collect

• Standard server logs and basic analytics (pages visited, approximate location from IP, device type) via Vercel Analytics

That's it for readers. There are no reader accounts, no payments, and no advertising cookies. The promotional boxes you see inside articles link to our own articles and are not third-party ads.

How we use this information

• To understand which articles people read and improve the site
• To keep the site running and prevent abuse

Third-party services

Telltale uses the following processors:

• Vercel: hosts our website and provides analytics. See Vercel's Privacy Policy.
• Supabase: stores our article content. Reader data is not stored there. See Supabase's Privacy Policy.

Cookies

Reading Telltale sets no advertising or tracking cookies. A small number of essential cookies exist only for site staff signing in to the admin area.

Your rights

If you are in the UK or EU, you have the right to:

• Access any personal data we hold about you
• Request correction or deletion of that data
• Object to processing of your data
• Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (e.g. the ICO in the UK)

Given how little we collect, in most cases we hold nothing about you beyond short-lived server logs.

Children

Telltale is not intended for use by anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
